The Quiet Strength Project is here to help carry some of the weight that comes with everything else.

We provide practical, personal support to families of children with disabilities and complex medical needs because sometimes the thing a family needs most isn't something that can be ordered from a hospital.

Sometimes it's a gas card so parents can get back and forth to the hospital.

Sometimes it's a gift card for dinner when they've spent the entire day at their child's bedside.

Sometimes it's a coffee, a snack, or a small reminder that someone is thinking about them.

And sometimes, they need something completely unexpected. When a family reaches out, we listen and do our best to help with what they actually need in that moment.

We provide gift cards for gas, food, coffee, and other everyday expenses to help ease the financial burden that can come with caring for a medically complex child.

🥨 Hospital Family Rooms
We donate snacks and comfort items to family rooms on hospital admission units, giving parents and caregivers something to grab when they don't have the time or energy to leave their child's side.

🤝 Individual Family Assistance
Every family is different. When caregivers reach out to us, we work to understand what they're going through and provide support based on their specific needs whenever we can.

📚 Books & Resources
We provide books, resources, and encouragement created with caregivers in mind because sometimes knowing you're not alone can make all the difference.
